Annual Property Maintenance Plan (APMP)

Developed in conjunction with the owner. A holistic approach (taking into account seasonal fluctuations) and a set monthly fee.

This allows owners to forecast and budget maintenance costs whilst ensuring the property is maintained to an agreed standard.
